The seniors and reserves returned to league last Sunday with both teams recording victories away to Errigal Ciaran, seniors winning 1-12 to 1-09 and reserve winning 0-19 to 2-08.
Last Friday night the reserves got their championship campaign off to a successful start with a 1-10 to 2-04 win over Ardboe, they now play Omagh in the quarter finals in Gardrum Park this Saturday afternoon at 4:30.
The minor season ended with a defeat in the county league final to a strong Moortown team, it was a great season for the boys in which they showed plenty of promise for the future and thanks go to their management team of Seamus Goodwin, Liam O’Neill, Martin McGrath and Martin Sludden.
The U16A team defeated Loughmacrory on Monday evening 5-23 to 0-04, they are due to play Cappagh tonight (Thursday) at 7:15 in Gardrum Park and then are away to Errigal Ciaran on Saturday at 1:00.
The U16 Development team may also have fixtures, details will be given out at training.
The U8’s will have a blitz this Saturday, keep an eye out on facebook for details.
Coaching for U10’s continues on Saturday mornings at 10:00 and U13 training will also be posted on facebook.
Best of luck to Cathal and Ronan in the All-Ireland semi final on Sunday, anyone who ordered tickets for this game can collect them on Thursday night at 8:00 in the changing rooms.
