The senior season got underway last Sunday away to Moy and it was a successful start for both teams with the seniors winning 1-13 to 0-08 and the reserves having a comfortable 3-15 to 0-02 victory. Both teams travel to Strabane this Sunday with reserves at 4:30 and seniors at 6:00.
The U18's defeated Carrickmore last Wednesday 2-17 to 3-10, they played Galbally on Tuesday evening, the results will be on the club website. The next U18 game is against Errigal Ciaran next Tuesday at 7:00 in Dunmoyle.
The U14's played Drumragh last night and their next fixture is on Saturday at home to Pomeroy, keep an eye on facebook for the time of this game.
The club are hosting an U8 blitz this Saturday morning so come along and cheers the young boys on, first game is at 10:30.
Coaching continues on Saturday mornings for U10's and U12's from 10:00 to 11:30. Any youth player who has not yet paid their £10 membership can do so on Saturday morning.
There is still a limited number of DVD's of the 'Battle of the Blues' boxing night available from Montague's Shop priced at £10 each.
Anyone looking to applying for funding to attend the Gaeltacht this year must contact club secretary Joe Rafferty (07821 719969) as soon as possible.
All supporters are reminded that the Tyrone v Donegal game on Sunday 17th May will be strictly all ticket, only members paid up before the end of April will be eligible for the draw as tickets will be limited. If you have not received a standing order form, there will be spare forms available in Montague's shop.
Lotto winning numbers for last week were 1, 4, 18, 20, 27 and 28 , there were 5 winners with 4 correct numbers each , n ext weeks jackpot is £17,250. Lotto collectors for this week are Donal Slevin (Church St), Barry Campbell (Corner), Gerard Hannigan (O'Connors) and John McDermott (Central).
Votes of sympathy were passed at the monthly committee meeting for the King (Trillick / Lisnaskea), Campbell (Rose), Campbell (Francie), McQuaid, McGoldrick and McGroarty (Irvinestown) families on their recent bereavements.
