The seniors were very unlucky to lose out 0-09 to 1-07 in their championship semi final last Saturday evening, being denied by a stoppage time goal. They are back in league action this week where they face Errigal Ciaran, the date of this fixture is not finalised at time of going to press, it could possibly be Monday evening at 7:30 on Gardrum Park, keep an eye on the club website for details.
The U18 season was due to finish last night when Dromore played Dungannon in the league final, details of the result will be on the club website.
The U16 Development team were defeated 3-07 to 1-07 by Drumquin in their latest game, the U16A team are due to face Omagh in Gardrum Park on Sunday evening at 6:00, again this may change so keep an eye on the club website.
On Saturday morning, the U15 team will compete for the first time in the club's history in the Ulster Og Sport Seven Aside competition in St. Eunan's Letterkenny, all players are to meet in McDermott's car park at 8:15 and best of luck to all involved.
Also on Saturday, the club are hosting an U12 tournament featuring 8 teams for the Charles Henry Quinn Cup, a feast of football is promised so come along and get behind the young boys. The U13's were defeated by Omagh in their first game.
The U10's will be taking part in a tournament in Killyclogher this Saturday morning, bus leaves the pitch at 9:30. There is coaching for U8's this Saturday at 10:00, and coaching for both U8's and U10's on Wednesday at 7:00.
The club are running their rescheduled Family Fun Day for all the family on Sunday 7th September in Gardrum Park. There will be bouncy castles, face painting, skills competitions, novelty games, disco music, barbecue and much much more. It is running from 1:30 to 4:30 and everybody of all ages are welcome to come and join in the fun, admission is free.
Lotto numbers for last week were 4, 10, 13, 21, 24 and 27, there were 15 winners with 4 correct numbers each. Next week's lotto jackpot is £15,750.
The September monthly committee meeting will take place on Monday evening at 9:00 in St. Patricks Hall.
