Our U16 team were unlucky to lose out 3-08 to 0-14 away to Cookstown in the championship last Sunday despite a great performance, this marks the end of the U16 season which was one were the team made tremendous progress having played grade 2 at U14 level two years ago. Well done to all the players and their management team of Niall, Terry, Tiernan and Sean for all their efforts.

Many thanks to all those who helped out in running the Scór na nÓg last Saturday, it was a great event and comhghairdeas to our Ceol Uirlise group who qualified for the county semi finals this coming weekend.

Ranganna Gaelige (Irish language classes) continue every Monday evening in St. John’s School, Bunrang 1 (complete beginners) is from 7:00-7:45 p.m., Bunrang 2 (beginner improvers) is from 7:45-8:30 p.m. and Meárang (intermediate) goes from 7:00-8:00 p.m., whether you are looking to improve your Irish or want to start out on your Irish language journey everyone is welcome to come along. The Ciorcal Comhrá continues every Sunday morning in The Village Table from 11am-12 noon.
