Our seniors were defeated 1-18 to 1-13 away to Killyclogher last Sunday while the reserves had a 3-14 to 1-08 victory. This Sunday at 2:15 p.m. and 3:45 p.m. both teams host Loughmacrory in Páirc Ghearrdroma, can we ask all supporters to not park on the roadside, there is plenty of parking available in the St. John’s school and chapel car parks.
The U18’s are due to travel to play Clonoe on Wednesday (11th) at 7:30 p.m. while the U18 Development team play away to Eglish at the same time.
Comhghairdeas to Brian Gallagher and the Tyrone U20 team who won the All Ireland U20 final last Wednesday.
Our Ranganna Gaelige, Irish language classes continue on Monday evenings in St. John’s School, Bun Rang (beginners) is from 7:00-8:00 p.m. and Meán Rang (Intermediate) is also from 7:00-8:00 p.m., everyone welcome to come along and join the ever growing Irish language speaking community in Droim Mór.
The Torthaí Lató (lotto winning numbers) for last week (28th) were 4, 6, 22, 24, 26 and 29, there were 13 winners with 4 correct numbers each and Tom Hunter went one better winning £250 with 5 correct numbers.
