Commiserations to our senior team and management on their 0-13 to 0-08 defeat to Errigal Ciaran on Sunday in the county final. It was a day when it just wasn't meant to be and we have no doubt there will be many better days ahead for this bunch of players. We wish Errigal all the best in their Ulster campaign. We would like to thank all the support that were there on Sunday in such great numbers and also the dinner ladies who supplied such a beautiful meal after the game.

This week both seniors and reserves return to league action away to Coalisland on Saturday at 3:00 and 4:30.

The U13's remain unbeaten following a very comfortable 9-09 to 3-07 victory over Omagh on Friday evening despite fielding an understrength team for most of the game. Ramor United from Cavan emerged victorious in the Paul McGirr Ulster U16 Club Champions tournament preliminary round game on Saturday, this weeks sees the first of the quarter finals with the pairing of Slaughtneill of Derry and Monaghan champions Scotstown on Saturday at 12:30.

The club are appealing for all possible extra help over the next 8 or 9 weeks with our club draw, the draw is vital to the future of the club and anyone who can spare one or two evenings a week over the next while are asked to contact Kevin Sludden on 07916 164089.

Anyone wishing to take part in Scor Na Nog this year are asked to contact Joe Rafferty on 07821 719969, we are particularly looking for a couple of people to take part in the quiz. Lotto numbers for last week were 1, 3, 6, 14, 16 and 19, there were 14 winners with 4 correct numbers each and Kathleen Donnelly went close to scooping the jackpot with 5 correct numbers winning £250. The £50 monthly draw winner was the Carr family and next weeks jackpot will be £11,050.

There will be a committee meeting next Monday evening at 9:00 in St. Patricks Hall.
