Our seniors fell just short in their championship game against Carrickmore last Friday evening losing 0-11 to 0-10, this brings their season to an end and we would like to express our thanks to the players and the management team for their efforts throughout the year.

Our U16’s continued their impressive run with a 2-10 to 1-07 away to Drumquin last Wednesday followed by a 3-16 to 2-09 win at home to Kildress last Saturday. Our U16 Development team were defeated 1-15 to 0-12 away to Omagh last Wednesday. This week on Wednesday (11th) the U16’s host Beragh in Páirc Gheardhromma at 6:30 p.m. and then on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. they travel to play Trillick. Also on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. the U16 Development team are away to Dungannon.

We are delighted to announce that a new round of Ranganna Gaelige, Irish language classes has started and continues on Monday evenings in St. John’s School, Bunrang 1 (complete beginners) is from 7:00-7:45 p.m., Bunrang 2 (beginner improvers) is from 7:45-8:30 p.m. and Meanrang (Intermediate) is from 7:00-8:00 p.m., everyone welcome to come along and join the ever growing Irish language speaking community in Droim Mór.

The Torthaí Lató (lotto winning numbers) for last week (4th) were 10, 11, 14, 18, 25 and 29, there were 10 winners with 4 correct numbers each.
