Our U20’s lost out 4-06 to 1-11 away to Pomeroy last Sunday, this Sunday they are at home to Moortown on Friday evening at 7:30.
The U16 team lost 1-21 to 1-06 at home to Errigal last Thursday and then drew 3-11 to 3-11 away to Moy last Sunday, they play at home Loughmacrory on Thursday (27th) at 7:00 p.m.
The U16 Development team defeated Both Domhnaigh 3-10 to 0-04 last Wednesday and also had a great 2-14 to 1-07 win away to Ardboe last Sunday, they followed this up defeat Errigal Ciaran at home on Tuesday evening 5-08 to 3-11.
All club supporters are asked to keep an eye on social media for details of our Big Solo event on 24th June, this is a special event to celebrate out 90th year, everyone of all ages will be able to take part and it will all be done in your own townland, a great day is in store so we look forward to you all taking part.
All members are reminded that membership forms are available in Montague’s Shop, the fee for mens club are just £10 for children and £50 for adults, anyone who wants to join our Cairde Droim Mór scheme can contact Gerard (07840 037085), Aidy (07597 071205) or Joe (07821 719969) for more details.
The Dancing classes have now finished up, thanks to Conal McCullagh for organising these, to Marie Phelin for taking the classe and to everyone who took part, we are glad to say that these will resume in September.
The Ciorcal Comhrá Irish language conversation continues on Sunday mornings from 11:00 – 12:00 in the Village Table.
The Torthaí Lató (lotto winning numbers) for last week (19th) were 3, 5, 15, 21, 29 and 30, there were 16 winners with 4 correct numbers each.
