Our U20’s defeated Aghyaran 6-12 to 0-08 last weekend, this Thursday they play Fintona at home at 7:30.
The U16’s team play Omagh on St Pats Park tomorrow evening at 7:30 and then are home to Clonoe on Saturday at 11:00. while the U16 Development team are at home to Omagh on Saturday at 12:30.
Our youth coaching for U8.5, U10.5 and U12.5 starts this Saturday at 10:00, please note there will also be a registration morning at the pitch at the same time.
Our Gaelic Start program for pre-school and P1 takes place on Tuesday evenings from 6:15 to 7:00 in the Sports Hall.
This Saturday evening (25th March) we are hosting 2 special events to kick off our 90th season celebrations. At 7p.m. we have a special club celebration mass, we would ask that everyone wear club colours for this mass. We will then have some refreshments in Dromore Sports Complex from 7:45 where our 2022 Under 15 Championship Finalists and Reserve Double Winners will be presented. We will have some reflections on stage on the night from members and past players, as well as discussions on our ambitions for the future. On the night we will also be revealing our concept plans for our proposed new club building and seeking feedback and suggestions on that. We hope you will join us as we kick off our special 90th season.
All members are reminded that membership forms are available in Montague’s Shop, the fee for mens club are just £10 for children and £50 for adults.
Dancing classes continue on Tuesday evenings in Dromore Sports Hall from 8:15 to 9:45, come along and bring a friend for a good evenings craic, refreshments will be provided and the cost is just £3.
Irish language classes for beginners and improvers continue on Monday evenings from 7 p.m. – 8 p.m., the classes take place in St. John’s School and cost just £3 per night, newcomers are most welcome. The Ciorcal Comhrá Irish language conversation continues on Sunday mornings from 11:00 – 12:00 in the Village Table.
The Torthaí Lató (lotto winning numbers) for last week (15th) were 4, 10, 11, 12, 15 and 24, there were 12 winners with 4 correct numbers each and Joseph McAleer went one better scooping £250 with 5 correct numbers.
