The club are running a FREE one day Irish language class/fun day for children on Saturday 28th January in St. John's School, 10am - 11:30am for P1- P4 and 12:30pm - 2pm for P5 - P7. Please register your child/children with Cónall on 07815784962 ASAP.
Dromore Health and Well Being are hosting two talk evenings next week in the St Dympna's Primary School, the first on Tuesday 24th is ‘Healthy Eating on a Budget’ talk and cookery demo, then on Thursday 26th there is a ‘Take back your power – how to free yourself from toxic stations and mindsets’ talk, these will be two very informative and worthwhile events and both start at 7:15, entry is just £3 and refreshments will be provided.
Irish language classes for beginners and improvers continue on Monday evenings from 7 p.m. – 8 p.m., the classes take place in St. John’s School and cost just £3 per night, newcomers are most welcome. The Ciorcal Comhrá Irish language conversation continues on Sunday mornings from 11:00 – 12:00 in the Village Table.
The Torthaí Lató (lotto winning numbers) for last week (11th) were 7, 11, 14, 15, 18 and 22, there were 15 winners with 4 correct numbers each and both Kevin Montague (twice) and Sheena Donnelly went one better with 5 numbers each.
