The club AGM has been set for Friday 13th at 7:30 in the Sports Hall, everyone is welcome to come along and hear the goings on of the last year and plans for the coming years, we look forward to seeing you all there.
Irish language classes for beginners and improvers resume on Monday January 9th from 7 p.m. – 8 p.m., the classes take place in St. John’s School and cost just £3 per night, newcomers are most welcome.
The Ciorcal Comhrá Irish language conversation restarts on Sunday January 8th from 11:00 – 12:00 in the Village Table.
The Torthaí Lató (lotto winning numbers) for last week (21st) were 7, 13, 16, 24, 28 and 29, there were 14 winners with 4 correct numbers each and Anthony Healy went one better winning £250 with 5 correct numbers. Next week’s jackpot in Ireland's biggest club lotto is £25,000, remember you can do the lotto via tickets in all local shops or online at www.dromoregfc.com.
The winners in the final week of our 5 week Xmas draw were Sinean Slevin (Bellisle) £1,000, Johnny Quinn £250, Sean Hannigan £150, Conor Montague £50 and Mickey Quinn £50, we would like to thank everyone who took part in the xmas draw for their support.
