Our seniors had a good 1-18 to 1-12 win away to Killyclogher in the senior league last weekend while the reserves lost out 4-10 to 1-06.
This week all attention turns to the senior championship where we face Ardboe in Pomeroy at 3:00, best of luck to all involved. Tickets for the championship must be purchased online at www.tyronegaa.ie , there will be strictly no paying at the gate so make sure your tickets are purchased prior to travelling, entry is free for U16’s.
Coaching continues for the U7.5, U9.5 and U11.5’s on Saturday morning at 10:00.
Our senior ladies are also in championship action when they face a tough Moy side in Pairc Ghearrdhroma on Saturday at 2:30 so let’s get a big crowd down to cheer the girls on.
Our latest series of Irish Language classes are now taking place on Monday evenings and there will be classes for all level’s starting from complete beginners to fluent speakers.
The classes will last for 12 weeks throughout the autumn and winter and the total cost is just £20, if you are interested in joining many people taking part in these classes contact Conal on 07815 784962.
The Xmas club merchandise orders are now available, orders must be placed before 12 noon on 5th October via the MFC link on the club facebook.
The lotto winning numbers for last week (22nd) were 3, 8, 10, 14, 15 and 22, there were 21 winners with 4 correct numbers each and Nuala McNabb (Aughnamoe) went one better with 5 correct numbers scooping £250.
