Everyone at the club would like to wish Niall, Pete and the Tyrone senior team every success in Saturday’s All Ireland Final.
Maith Sibh to the reserves who had a 1-12 to 1-06 victory at home to Galbally in the reserve league last Friday and they followed this up with a 1-12 to 1-11 win against Omagh on Sunday.
Our U17’s lost out 3-15 to 1-12 away to Both Domhnaigh last Thursday in their final league game, this Thursday they face Ardboe in the championship at Pairc Ghearrdhroma at 7:15.
Coaching continues for the U7.5, U9.5 and U11.5’s on Saturday morning at 10:00.
Well done to the senior ladies who defeated Moy 5-12 to 3-10 in the league in Pairc Ghearrdhroma last Saturday evening.
For all our budding Gaeligori and everyone else interested there is an interesting talk on the origin and meanings of local surnames taking place on Friday 17th September in the Sports Centre at 8:00 p.m., the talk is open to everyone and it is hoped it will also be shown live on the Dromore GFC facebook.
The lotto winning numbers for last week (25th) were 4, 5, 7, 8, 9 and 21, there were 13 winners with 4 correct numbers each and both Claire Edgar and Matt McNulty (Snr) went one better scooping £125 each with 5 correct numbers.
