Congratulations to our senior men’s team who won our eighth All County Div 1 league title last weekend defeating Errigal Ciaran 1-10 to 1-06, just rewards for the great effort put in by the lads all year, well done to Colm, Paddy, Hugh, Herbie and Kevin and all the players.
Our U13’s play their county semi final on Monday evening at 7:30 in Carrickmore.
The night we have all been looking forward to takes place this Saturday evening with our celebratory Gala in the Great Nothern Hotel, what a night is promises to be, there is a champagne reception at 6:00 and the rest of the proceedings start at 7:00.
Well done to Burren who brilliantly won the Paul McGirr Ulster U16 championship last weekend, big thanks to everyone who helped out throughout the tournament with particular mention to Tom Ward and all the ladies who providing the catering.
Congratuations to our 3 Scor Na Nog acts who were all successful in the county semi final last weekend, all qualify now for the county final next weekend.
The club are running an Irish language conversation group in the Credit Union on Sunday mornings from 11:00 to 12:00, all levels are catered for and everyone is welcome.
