Our reserves defeated Ardboe last week 2-23 to 1-05 in the league. Both seniors and reserves are in action this Sunday away to Errigal Ciaran at 2:15 and 3:45.
The U13’s are away to Fintona on Sunday at 11:30 although this time may change.
Coaching for U8’s – U12’s has now finished, many thanks to all the coach’s who put in great effort with these groups all year.
The Paul McGirr Ulster U16 Tournament starts this Saturday with Clan Na Gael (Armagh) playing Newtownbutler (Fermanagh) at 12:00 and O’Donovan Rossa (Antrim) playing Carrickmacross (Monaghan) at 2:15.
We would like to thank Tom and Anna Ward and all the ladies club members who helped out and made the Big Breakfast a great success last Saturday, also thanks to all the sponsors who provided the food.
All club supporters are asked to keep an eye out for our Gala which is taking place in the Great Northern on 16th November, tickets are €100 each, contact Gerard Hannigan on 07840 037085 to book a seat or table.
The club are running an Irish language conversation group in the Credit Union on Sunday mornings from 11:00 to 12:00, all levels are catered for and everyone is welcome.
Lotto winning numbers for last week 3, 10, 16, 24, 28 and 29, there were 18 winners with 4 correct numbers each and Mary Muldoon went one better scooping £250 with 5 correct numbers. Votes of sympathy were passed at the recent monthly meeting to the McCann, Garrity, McCanney, Gavin (Fintona), Kelly (Killyclogher) and McAleer families on their recent bereavements.
