Congratulations to club referee Martin Sludden who was awarded ‘Referee of the Year’ at the Teamtalk awards last weekend.
Many thanks to everyone who helped with the Paul McGirr Tournament final on Sunday and throughout the tournament, it was a wonderful success thanks to the hard work of many, particular thanks go to the McGirr family, photographer Martin McGlone, groundsmen Kevin and Louis, all the referee’s and linemen and last not but not least the ladies committee for their wonderful refreshments, congratulations to Carrickmore on their success.
We would like to thank Harry O’Neill for the hedge cutting at the pitch.
The winners of the first week of our Xmas draw were Gerard McDonagh £250,, Annabel McBrearty £100 and Maria McCaffrey £50, the second week winners were Jody Donnelly £250, Tommy Campbell (Tattykeel) £100 and Colleen Doherty £50.
Lotto winning numbers for last week were 3, 13, 16, 18, 23 and 30 there were 23 winners with 4 correct numbers each and Brian Wilson, John McMackin and Mav & Gaby McNulty all went close to scooping the jackpot with 5 numbers each. Votes of sympathy at the recent monthly meeting were passed to the Kelly family on their recent bereavement.
