Our U13’s lost out to Killyclogher in their final game last Sunday and this brings to an end the youth footballing season, many thanks to everyone involved throughout the year.
The final of the Paul McGirr U16 Club Champions Tournament takes place this Sunday at 2:00 between Lavey and Carrickmore, all support and help greatly appreciated.
We have a special guest on Sunday with the legendary Michael O’Muircheartaigh doing the commentary, after the game at 5:30 in St Patrick’s Hall we will be having a special talk with Michael and a few of our own club legends as well as the presentation of the county medals to our U21 team, everyone is welcome to come along to what should be an entertaining evening and refreshments will be provided.
We would like to wish club man Fearghal Quinn well in his management role with Scotstown in the Ulster Club Final this Sunday.
Commiserations to our Scor Na nOg Dance group and instrumental music group who lost out in the final last Sunday, both teams done brilliantly to get that far.
The draw for the third week of our 5 week Xmas draw will take place next Wednesday at the bingo.
