Commiserations to our reserve team who went so agonisingly close to winning the championship on Sunday, well done to all players and management involved for such a great effort.
The U13 season gets underway on Saturday morning at 11:00 in Gardrum Park.
This Sunday at 1:00 we have the start of the Paul McGirr Ulster U16 Club Champions Tournament with what promises to be a great fixture between Derry champions Lavey and Armagh’s Crossmaglen, all stewards to report for 12:30. The other competing teams confirmed so far are Lough Oughter Gaels (Cavan), Derrygonnelly (Fermanagh), Kilcoo (Down) and Castleblayney (Monaghan).
Lotto winning numbers for last week were 3, 9, 16, 21, 26 and 27, there were 24 winners with 4 correct numbers each and Patricia McCann (Montague Villas), Jackie Sheridan and Brian Wilson all went close to scooping the jackpot with 5 correct numbers. Next week’s jackpot in Irelands biggest club lotto is £23,650 and the lotto sellers for this weekend are Seamus O’Neill (Church St.), Eugene McGuigan (Corner), Liam O’Neill (O'Connors) and Seamus Goodwin (Central).
Our monthly committee meeting takes place this Monday (30th) in the changing rooms at 9:00.
