Our U14 Development team were the only team in action last weekend, when they were defeated by Castlederg with their goal coming from the boot of Gary Hunter. This week both U14 teams are in action with the A team hosting Errigal Ciaran at 1:00 on Saturday and the Development team to play Cappagh, time of this game will be known later in the week.
The deadline for club membership if you want to be entered into the free £100 draw is this Monday, the 25th. Membership forms are available from Montague's Shop and can also be returned there.
Coming up this Saturday 23rd, the club is hosting a special 'Celebration Night' in St. Patricks Hall. The night will begin with a history talk including a question and answer session featuring some major characters from the club over the last 80 years, particularly members of the 1963 junior and U16 championship winning teams and then following the presentation of the county medals to our historic U21 championship team music will be provided by leading local stars 'The Whistling Donkeys'. Full bar facilities will be available on the night and tickets are available from Montague's shop or any committee member priced at £10 each. A pay at the door option will also be available on the night, doors open at 8:30 so don't miss out on what promises to be the night of the year.
Last weeks lotto numbers were 6, 8, 20, 25, 26 and 30, there were 4 winners with 4 correct numbers each, but Kate Fivey from Irvinestown went one better almost scooping our huge jackpot with 5 correct numbers, winning £250 in the process. Next weeks jackpot will be £12,150.
