Clann Eireann of Armagh were the deserved winners of the Paul McGirr Ulster U16 Club Champions Tournament on Sunday, thanks to everybody who helped out with the tournament which was a wonderful success once again, particular thanks to groundsmen Kevin and Louis, to all the referee’s and to the tea ladies for all their help.

Congratulation to the team and management of the St. Johns College U14 team who won the Tyrone Division 1B county title, best of luck to them as they represent Tyrone in Ulster.

All club members are asked to keep Sunday 10th of January free for the clubs AGM.

Anyone interested in taking over the sponsorship of the senior team for the coming season can contact Barry on 07541 418217 or Joe on 07821 719969.

Anyone who wants to contribute to the Canon Tom Breen stand can contact any committee member for details, all contributors will be recognised on a permanent plaque that will be on display in the stand.

Lotto winning numbers for last week were 3, 4, 7, 14, 18 and 20, there were 12 winners predicting 4 numbers each and Mary Maguire from Ederney went one better with 5 correct number winning £250. The £50 monthly winner was Eugene Baird (Irvinestown) and next weeks jackpot is £18,850. The lotto sellers for this weekend are Gavin Winters (Church St.), Eugene McGuigan (Corner), Martin Sludden (O'Connors) and Seamus McNabb (Central).

The winners of the first week in the Xmas 5 Week draw were Hugh Bradley (Omagh) £250, Catriona McCoy £100 and Conleith O’Neill £50, the winners of the second week were Eugene Montague £250, Kevin Montague £100 and Theresa Monaghan £50.

Votes of sympathy were passed at the recent monthly meeting to the Armstrong (Seskinore), O’Kane (Drumquin), McKenna (Omagh) and O’Donnell (Trillick) on their recent bereavements.
