A youthful senior team recorded a 0-16 to 1-09 win over Eskra in their final league game last Sunday to finish at the top of the table, this week they have their league semi-final on Sunday at 4:00 at home to Errigal Ciaran.

The U16's were defeated 1-11 to 2-06 last Saturday by Errigal Ciaran in the championship semi-final, this week their attention turns to the league where they face Newtownstewart in the semi final at 12:00 in Killyclogher.

The club would like to thank everyone who attended the launch of the 2014 Paul McGirr Ulster U16 Club Champions Tournament last Friday night in the Tyrone GAA centre in Garvaghy, it was an occasion fitting of the standing the tournament has now attained. The tournament itself will kick off next weekend with 2 rounds of fixtures where Fermanagh champions Derrygonnelly face Cavan's Crosserlough and then the tie of the round between Burren of Down and Armagh champions Clann Eireann.


Best of luck to our senior ladies team who play their Ulster championship semi final in Gardrum Park this Saturday at 2:00 against Loughinlisland (Down), hopefully the whole parish will get behind the ladies on their Ulster title quest.

New Club Kit Bags are now available in Montague's Shop and also orders for club merchandise for Christmas will be taken shortly.

Lotto numbers for last week were 1, 4, 8, 19, 20 and 22, there were 11 winners with 4 correct numbers each. Lotto collectors for this Saturday are Joe Rafferty (Boe Inn & Forge), Kevin Sludden (Central), Frank Lawlor (Corner) and Niall Colton (O'Connors), next week's lotto jackpot is £16,050.

Votes of sympathy were passed at the October monthly committee meeting for the Curran, Sheridan, McNulty (Trillick) and Irvine families on their recent bereavements.
