It was a mixed weekend of results for our underage teams in games that were all played in very difficult conditions. First up on Saturday morning were the U14 development team who lost out to Drumquin in an entertaining game, this is a very young team who are gaining invaluable experience. Next up were the U14 A team who defeated Carrickmore 7-12 to 2-04, then on Sunday morning the U18's lost out to Galbally on an 0-08 to 0-04 scoreline. All teams are due to be in action again this Saturday with the U18's due to host Gael Naomh Padraig at 11:00 and both U14 teams travelling away to Trillick and Castlederg for 12:45 games, please note that the times of all underage games may change so keep an eye on facebook and the club website closer to the time.

There is only one more week to go before the deadline for club membership, all members paid up by Monday 25th will be entered into a draw for £100, membership forms are available from Montague's Shop.

A special event to look ahead to is the 'Celebration Night' the club is hosting in St. Patricks Hall on Saturday 23rd March. The night will begin with a history talk including a question and answer session featuring some major characters from the club over the last 80 years, particularly members of the 1963 junior and U16 championship winning teams and then following the presentation of the county medals to our historic U21 championship team music will be provided by leading local stars 'The Whistling Donkeys'. Full bar facilities will be available on the night and tickets are available from Montague's shop or any committee member priced at £10 each. This promises to be a night not to be missed.

Winning lotto numbers last week were 9, 8, 13, 19, 21 and 29, there were 14 winners with 4 correct numbers each and Patsy McCarney from Liffer went close to scooping the jackpot with 5 correct numbers, winning £250 in the process. The £50 monthly winner was James Corrigan of Irvinestown and next weeks jackpot will be £12,100.
